The organization and management of the project is carried out by a joint team consisting of a project manager, coordinator, financial expert and lawyer from the Municipality of Smolyan and a financial expert and coordinator from each of the other municipalities and partners. The team is responsible for the overall implementation of the project, the expenditure of funds, communication with all interested parties, including the Program Operator. Two representatives of the Norwegian partner also participate in a team with their expertise.
